This camp program includes aspects of Outdoor Learning, Health and Physical Education, HASS F6, Geography 7-10, History 7-10, Civics and Citizenship 7-10, Economics and Business 7-10, Science
Learning Areas. All areas can be delivered to meet the developmental needs of each year level.
This program also has strong links to Cross Curriculum properties such as Sustainability,
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture and Australia-Asia Engagement.
This camp is particularly ideal for drawing out personal development and self-awareness and
connection with nature and sustainability issues. It is also designed to apply direct attention to the
following General Capabilities: Creative and Critical Thinking, Personal and Social Capacity, Ethical
Understanding and Intercultural Understanding.
